  • All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule.

Late Payments

  • Access to course materials, assessments, or certificates may be suspended until payments are brought up to date.
  • Late payment fees or interest may apply where permitted by law.
  • Certificates and references will not be issued until the account is paid in full.

12. Student Conduct

Students must:

  • Treat staff, tutors, and other participants respectfully.
  • Follow all programme rules and procedures.
  • Complete training and placements as required.

We reserve the right to terminate enrolment without refund in cases of:

  • Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour
  • Serious misconduct
  • Breach of programme policies

13. Work Experience Terms

Where work experience is included:

  • Placements are educational in nature and may be unpaid.
  • Placements typically last a minimum of 12 weeks.
  • Participants must successfully complete the training and final assessment before placement begins.
  • Unauthorised absence may result in termination of the placement.
  • Placements are provided to enhance employability and do not guarantee employment.

14. Career Support

Career support is generally provided after successful completion of the training and work experience stages.

This may include:

  • CV and cover letter assistance
  • LinkedIn profile optimisation
  • Interview preparation
  • Professional references

Career support forms part of the programme completion process, although additional assistance may be provided at our discretion.


15. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint:

  1. Contact us to seek an informal resolution.
  2. If necessary, a formal investigation will be conducted.
  3. A written response will normally be provided within 20 working days.
  4. You may request a review if dissatisfied with the outcome.

16. Cancellation and Refunds

Under applicable consumer protection laws:

  • You may cancel within 14 days of enrolment by providing written notice.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to our cancellation policy and any digital content exceptions.
  • Approved refunds may be reduced by applicable cancellation fees or deductions for services already accessed.

If the cooling-off period has expired, the full programme fee may remain payable.


17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
